Drawing on experience supporting organizations in preparing for complex incidents, Daron established Coastal Continuity Solutions to help businesses move beyond compliance and build genuine operational readiness. His approach combines practical planning with realistic, engaging exercises that prepare leaders to make confident decisions under pressure.
